Orders

What Racket should I buy?

Explore our selection of rackets, each designed to cater to different playing needs. For more information, read our blog posts on each specific racket.

Can I cancel my order?

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time.

What if my order arrived damaged?

If you receive any damaged items in your shipment, please email us right away by contacting manuel@mapobrands.com. Please include a picture of the damaged item, and we will replace the product immediately.

What forms of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards as well as Mercado Pago. For your safety, we don’t process any payment information, and we only work with the leading payment providers.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

What is the shipping policy?

Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email letting you know that our fulfillment team has received your order. Once your order is fulfilled, you will receive an email notification with your tracking information. Shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returns.

Do you ship globally?

Yes, we ship globally. Shipping costs will apply outside of Mexico, and will be added at checkout.

How long will it take to arrived?

Shipping within Mexico 1-5 business days.

International shipping 7-14 business days.
